Positive Articles of Dort

As Reformed orthodoxy became firmly established after the Remonstrant leaders were deposed, the rejection of errors section of the Canons no longer had immediate relevance. Once the crisis had abated, this section had largely served its purpose. With the shift of focus from synodical judgment to confessional standard, the positive articles emerged as primary.
