Grace and the Spirit

We are persuaded that there is for us no other guide and leader to the Father than (72) the Holy Spirit, just as there is no other way than Christ; and that there is no grace from God, save through the Holy Spirit. Grace is itself the power and action of the Spirit: through grace God the Father, in the Son, accomplishes whatever good there is; ‹1.13.14› through grace He justifies, sanctifies, and cleanses us, calls and draws us to himself, that we may attain salvation [Rom. 8:11-17; Eph. 2:18; 1 Cor. 12:1-13].
