Manifestations of the Relational

the forensic and the transformative, justification and sanctification, are functions or manifestations of the relational. Concretely, both are manifestations or aspects of union with Christ. Christ “in us” continues to be, and is as such also, Christ “for us.” In union with us Christ has a significance that is decisively forensic as well as powerfully transforming
