Word Externalized

Since Scripture arises from the unwritten Word of God being given written form or, more precisely, from the internal Word given to the prophets being externalized as proclamation and then written, the primary author (author primarius) of Scripture is God, and Scripture, therefore, is in some sense divine (divina) or holy (sacra).
