Good Works and Eternal Life
Do works have any relation to eternal life? And is there any suitableness and proportion between good works and eternal life? For we confess that there is a relation of order and of connection, such as exists between the means and the end, the way and the goal, the contest and the crown, the antecedent and the consequent.
